摘要
从荷兰土豆中提取到马铃薯球蛋白粗品,采用等点聚焦测定了其等电点,并用SephadexG-50与DEAE-Cellulose52阴离子柱对马铃薯球蛋白进行纯化,结果表明:粗品中马铃薯球蛋白含量为96.7%,该蛋白存在3个等电点,分别为5.83、6.0、6.7;在280nm有一个吸收峰,经SDS-PAGE电泳分析为单一条带,分子量为22ku。
The crude tuberin was extracted from the Netherlands potato by Osborne with the content of 96.7%.The isoelectric points(PIs) was determined by isoelectric focusing,the tuberin was purified by Sephadex G-50 and DEAE-Cellulose 52 anion.The results showed that tuberin existed three PIs of 5.83,6.0,6.7,with the max absorption peak of 280 nm,and the molecular weight was 22 ku.These results will provide help for the relationship between the structure and function of tuberin.
