利用二氢黄酮与查尔酮相互转化的性质制备异甘草苷 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨在碱性条件下制备异甘草苷的转化工艺。方法:首先通过预实验证明甘草苷单体可以在碱性条件下生成异甘草苷,再尝试利用甘草药材中甘草苷在碱性条件下生成异甘草苷,并利用薄层层析、紫外分光光度法、高效液相色谱等方法作为辅助手段判断该方法的可行性。结果:该方法得到异甘草苷的产率为70.5%。结论:碱性条件下甘草苷转化成异甘草苷的方法简洁、方便、可行,产率有较大提高。 Objective:Preparation of isoliquiritin by transforming flavanones into chalcones in alkaline solution was introduced.method:In preliminary test,it has been proved that liquiritin had been transformed into isoliquiritin in alkaline solution,and then the same chemical transformation was to test in extraction of Glycyrrhizea Radix with the same method,meanwhile,the TLC,UV,HPLC and other methods were took as supplementary means to determine the feasibility of test.Result:The yield of isoliquiritin was 70.5 % by the method.Conclusion:The yield of isoliquiritin was steped up by the method that was concise,convenient and feasible.
