摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定植物油中VK1含量的方法。方法:采用Agilent ZORBAX Rx-SIL正向色谱柱,以80%正己烷-20%异丙醇为流动相,流速为0.5mL/min,PDA检测波长250nm。结果:VK1浓度在0.5~30μg/mL范围内,峰面积与含量具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9998);方法的精密度良好,相对标准偏差为1.2%,加标回收率为91.8%。结论:样品前处理操作简单、分离效果好、保留时间缩短。可作为植物油中VK1含量的一种快速检测方法。
Objective:To develop a HPLC method for determination of vitamin K1 vegetable oil.Methods:Which was quantitatively determined by high performance liquid chromatography with ZORBAX Rx-SIL column,80% normal hexane phosphate-20% isopropanol at 0.5 mL/min,and PDA detection at 250 nm.Results:A good linear relationship with in the concentration of 0.5 μg/mL,30 μg/mL(r=0.9998).The average retive standard was 1.2%,and the average recovery was 91.8%.Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid,accurate.It can be used for vitamin K1 in vegetable oil.
