Construction of Political Justice in the Post Westphalian Frame——N.Fraser′s Political Justice Theory

Under the influence of globalization,the debates about the issue of justice show many new forms.Because of disagreement in distribution of justice and justice admit argument,the contemporary western left has split into ＂social left＂ and ＂cultural left＂.As an important representative in the critical theory,Fraser proclaimed the 3d justice perspective in the post Westphalian frame,in an attempt to heal left-wing division and construct a set of contemporary justice issues embracing the justice theory.With the combination of redistribution and admit as the basis,＂representation＂ category as the core of the political dimension of justice,her theory points out that the representation of the deep relationship problems is related to the meta political justice.
