摘要
在炮孔保留岩体的一侧药包加装半圆形硬质塑料管材,对爆轰波起到限制、阻隔、吸收、反射和滞留的作用。试验表明:46.95%的能量被吸收,应力峰值降低45.31%,压力降低46.00%,反射波能量占总能量的10.00%~13.00%,使自由面方向即无塑料管材方向产生反射拉伸应力场,增大了爆炸冲量密度和能量,既加强自由面方向岩石的破碎,又使保留岩体免受爆破损伤。
Installing the semi-circle rigid plastic pipe on the charge in the side of the kept rock at hole bottom can restrict, isolate, absorb, reflect and retain the detonation wave. The experiment result shows that 46.95% of energy was absorbed, stress peak value deduced 45.31%, the pressure deduced 46.00%, and the reflective energy was 10.00% - 13.00% of the gross energy, which caused the reflective stress field in the direction of the free surface or the plastic pipe, and increased the explosive destiny and energy. Therefore the crash of the rock in the free surface is enhanced, and isolated the kept rock from the blasting damage.
