摘要 基于凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)对农药残留的快速净化提纯及对酯类有较好的分离度,研究植物油中的毒死蜱、乐果等7种有机磷农药残留与油脂基体得到较好地分离,利用气相色谱(GC),同时定性和定量地测定食用植物油中7种有机磷农药残留的检测方法,并建立了GPC-GC对食用植物油中7种有机磷农药残留的测定方法。本方法利用在线预浓缩-净化-定量联用仪的在线联用技术,样品经凝胶渗透色谱提取净化、浓缩、定量后直接进气相色谱测定,在0.05mg/kg、0.20mg/kg、0.40mg/kg三个添加水平的平均回收率为80~95%,重复性5.25~7.41%,7种有机磷农药方法检测限(S/N=3)为0.017~0.043mg/kg。 This method is based on gel permeation chromatography (GPC) on pesticide residues to quickly purify purification, and separation of the esters have a better degree, studied the vegetable oil in prime dead ticks, dimethoate seven organophosphorus pesticides residues and oil- based body to be well separated, and the use of gas chromatography (GC), both qualitative and quantitative determination of seven kinds of edible vegetable oil of organophosphorus pesticide residues detection methods, and the establishment of a GPC-GC of the seven kinds of edible vegetable oils of organic phosphorus Determination of pesticide residues.
