摘要
基于凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)对农药残留的快速净化提纯及对酯类有较好的分离度,研究植物油中的毒死蜱、乐果等7种有机磷农药残留与油脂基体得到较好地分离,利用气相色谱(GC),同时定性和定量地测定食用植物油中7种有机磷农药残留的检测方法,并建立了GPC-GC对食用植物油中7种有机磷农药残留的测定方法。本方法利用在线预浓缩-净化-定量联用仪的在线联用技术,样品经凝胶渗透色谱提取净化、浓缩、定量后直接进气相色谱测定,在0.05mg/kg、0.20mg/kg、0.40mg/kg三个添加水平的平均回收率为80~95%,重复性5.25~7.41%,7种有机磷农药方法检测限(S/N=3)为0.017~0.043mg/kg。
