给出了正态分布场合下步进应力加速寿命试验的统计分析方法,这个方法的基础是从Nclson假设推得了各个应力下寿命分布的变异系数应该相等.最后给出了一个模拟的例子以说明如何运用本文给出的方法.
A statistical analysis method of accelerated life testing—step-stress models under the normal case is given. From Nelson's supposition, we conclude that the coefficients of variation of each stress must be equal. An example of Monte—Carlo simulation is presented at the end to show how to use the given method.
