中草药防腐剂对木材物理力学性能的影响 被引量:3

STUDY ON THE EFFECT OF CHINESE HERBAL PRESERVATIVE ON WOOD PHYSICAL AND MECHANICAL PROPERTIES

摘要 以杨木(Poplar)与樟子松(Pinus sylvestris)为试验材料,分别采用中草药防腐药剂和铜唑(CuAz)对其进行处理,比较处理前后对木材力学性能(MOE、MOR),尺寸稳定性影响。研究结果表明:(1)经中草药防腐处理后,杨木和樟子松两种木材的MOE值和MOR值,均有下降趋势,对樟子松的MOE值影响显著,对杨木的MOR值影响显著。(2)两种木材经中草药防腐处理后,在相同的温度和湿度下,防腐处理的木材尺寸变化率均比素材小,尺寸稳定性比素材略有提高。 We use Poplar and Pinus sylvestri as materials;meanwhile,they were treated by Chinese herbal preservative and CuAz.Compared with mechanical capability(MOE and MOR),and stability of the size after samples treated by Presevative.It is showed that:(1) Through Chinese herbal preservative treat,both MOE and MOR of two kind woods showed downward trends.In the test,it is obviously effect MOE of Pinus sylvestri and MOR of poplar.(2) After treated by Chinese herbal preservative,at the same temperature and humidity,treated wood have less dimensional change rate and better dimensional stability.
