摘要
机动车排放控制措施实施和政策制定应基于科学的分析尾气排放特点,在引用国外排放模型对我国城市机动车排放水平进行评价时,应根据我国机动车行驶排放特点对模型进行修正。本文介绍了机动车排放影响因素,分析了我国在引用国外排放模型时由于车辆分类标准、测试工况和交通条件的不同对测试结果产生的影响。提出针对这些因素的改进意见,为建立我国排放评价模型提供依据。
To draw up a plan for the control of vehicle emission and carry it out should be based on analyzing the characteristics of vehicle emission.The vehicular emission model introduced from other countries should be modified when it is used to assess emission impact of cities in China.The paper presents the factors which impact vehicle emission.Classification of vehicle,driving cycle and traffic conditions are mainly focused on to analyze the results of vehicle emission in different situation.The paper gives some suggestions of building the vehicular emission model for China.
