摘要
在实验室条件下综合阐述了目前高炉喷煤助燃剂的助燃机制,利用热分析法对2种煤粉助燃剂进行试验。通过试验发现,高炉煤粉加入助燃剂后可以使煤粉着火点提前,使煤粉拥有较高放热量,燃烧反应进程加快,所选2种助燃剂助燃效果不同。
Based on the experimental results of thermal analysis on two types of pulverized coal combustion improver, the mechanism of improver's contribution on combustion was discussed. It shows that the addition of improver will have significant effects on the pulverized coal, such as lower kindling point, higher exothermic ratio, and faster combustion. It also shows different effects on the two types of improver.
