脑源性神经营养因子及其受体TrkB和p75NTR在隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤和皮肤纤维瘤中的表达 被引量:3

摘要 目的:确定脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)及其受体TrkB、p75NTR在隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤和皮肤纤维瘤中的表达。方法:应用免疫组化ABC法对隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤石蜡标本17例、皮肤纤维瘤石蜡标本15例,检测BDNF及其受体TrkB、p75NTR的表达。结果:BDNF及其受体TrkB、p75NTR在隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤中的表达显著高于皮肤纤维瘤中的表达(P<0.01);BDNF与TrkB、p75NTR在隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤中的表达呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论:BDNF通过其受体TrkB以及p75NTR在隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤的发病机制中可能起着一定的作用。 Objective: To investigate the potential contribution of brain derived neurophic factor (BDNF) and its receptors TrkB and p75NTR in the development of dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans (DFSP). Methods: Seventeen paraffin - embedded DFSP specimens and 15 paranembedded dermatofibroma were subjected to immunohistochemical staining for BDNF, TrkB and p75NTR. Results: The expression of BDNF and TrkB was significantly higher inl7 DFSP than in 15 dermatofibroma ( P 〈 0.01). The expression of BDNF, TrkB and p75NTR in DFSP was positively correlated. Conclusions: The results indicate that overexpression of BDNF, TrkB and p75NTR may play a role in the develonment of DFSP.
