肾病综合征并急性肺栓塞1例

摘要 1临床资料 患者,男性,14岁,因＂颜面及双下肢水肿1月,复发伴咳嗽、流涕2 d＂于2011年5月13日入住第三军医大学新桥医院,患者入院前1个月出现颜面及双下肢水肿,伴腹水,在当地医院诊断为＂肾病综合征＂口服＂泼尼松片50 mg/d＂及静滴人血白蛋白等治疗,颜面及双下肢水肿逐渐消退,腹水消失,
