电视胸腔镜下交感神经链切断术治疗头面部多汗

摘要 头面部多汗是一种由头面部皮肤汗腺过度分泌汗液所致的疾病。表现为在精神紧张和环境温度升高等情况下出现头面部大汗淋漓,严重困扰其社交、工作、就业。Kao等首先报道胸部交感神经链切断术可有效治疗头面部多汗。我院今2年用该方法共治疗了44例头面部多汗症患者,现将结果报告如下。
