高频超声声像图对乳腺结构不良的诊断价值 被引量:1

Value of high-frequency ultrasonogram in the diagnosis of breast dysplasia

摘要 目的探讨乳腺结构不良的高频超声声像图特征。方法对321例临床诊断为乳腺结构不良患者进行高频超声检查,并在3~5年中每年两次超声随访。43例行活检病理诊断。结果参照WHO乳腺结构不良分类标准,321例声像图特征符合小叶增生型141例,导管增生型38例,囊肿型29例,局灶纤维化型52例,纤维腺瘤样增生型27例,混合型34例。43例手术活检病理学均诊断为乳腺结构不良:小叶增生型2例,囊肿型7例,局灶性纤维化型11例,纤维腺瘤样增生型20例,混合型3例。结论高频超声有助于乳腺结构不良的诊断及鉴别诊断。 Objective To investigate the high-frequency ultrasonographic features of patients with breast dysplasia.Methods High-frequency ultrasonography was performed in 321 patients with breast dysplasia.The patients were followed-up with high frequency ultrasound twice a year for 3-5 years.Pathologic diagnosis after biopsy was made in 43 cases.Results On the basis of WHO standard on the classification of breast structure and of sonographic features,321 cases of breast dysplasia were diagnosed to be lobular hyperplasia in 141 cases,ductal hyperplasia in 38 cases,cyst in 29 cases,focal fibrosis in 52 cases,fibroadenoma hyperplasia in 27 cases,and mixed in 34 cases.The pathological diagnosis of 43 cases underwent biopsy was lobular hyperplasia in 2 cases,cyst in 7 cases,focal fibrosis in 11 cases,fibroadenoma hyperplasia in 20 cases and mixed in 3 cases.Conclusion High-frequency ultrasouography is hepful in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the breast dysplasia.
