成人水痘28例临床分析

Clinical analysis on 28 patients with chicken pox in adults

目的了解成人水痘的临床特点。方法对住院28例成人水痘临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果成人水痘近来发病人数有增多趋势,且传染性强,病程长,全身症状较儿童重。成人水痘有一定严重并发症出现。结论成人,尤其是青年人可以成为水痘易感者。预防和控制成人水痘的关键是普遍进行水痘疫苗接种。

Objective To analyze the clinical features of chicken pox in adults.Methods The clinical data of 28 adult patients with a diagnosis of measles were collected and retrospectively analyzed.Results The morbidity of adult chicken pox had a increasing tendecy recently.The infectious ability of chicken pox in adults was stronger,the course of diseases was longer and the systemic symptoms were more severe than those of chicken pox in children.Severe complications were seen in the adults with chicken pox.Conclusion The adults,especially the young people can be the sensitive persons for chicken pox.Vaccination widespreadly is the key point for preventing and controlling infection of chicken pox in adults.
