16层螺旋CT在肾癌术前诊断中的价值

Value of 16-slice spiral CT in diagnosis of renal cell carcinoma

目的探讨肾癌的16层螺旋CT影像特征。方法回顾性分析86例经病理证实的肾癌在螺旋CT多期扫描的表现。结果 86例中,多数肾癌突出肾轮廓外,平扫多数表现为低或等密度,少数表现为高密度。增强扫描大多数皮质期明显强化,实质期迅速消退,排泄期病灶呈低密度影。CT分期总的准确率为87.2%。结论 16层螺旋CT扫描能清晰显示肾癌的影像学特征,可为肾癌诊断和分期、指导手术方案制定及估计患者预后等各方面提供可靠依据。

Objective To investigate the 16-slice spiral CT imaging features of renal cell carcinoma（RCC）.Methods The data of 16-slice spiral CT imaging in 86 patients with RCC diagnosed pathologically were retrospectively reviewed.Results Majority of RCC showed an image over the renal contour with low or isodense during plane scaning.A high-density performance was seen in a small number of cases during nonenhanced phase.Most of RCC performance were apparently enhanced in cortical phase,which rapidly disappeared during parenchymal phase and showed a low density of excretory phase.The overall accuracy rate of CT staging of RCC was 87.2%.Conclusion 16-Slice spiral CT scan can clearly show the imaging features of RCC,which provides a reliable imformation for diagnosing and staging RCC,guiding establishment of surgical plan and predicting the prognosis.
