摘要
卵巢解剖在褐飞虱Nilaparvata lugens(Stl)的迁飞研究和预测预报中起着重要的作用,但由于卵巢解剖是一项精细化的技术,在实际的病虫测报工作中,解剖技巧和分级标准难以被基层植保工作者掌握。为了使卵巢解剖技术在病虫测报中发挥其应有的作用,本研究在前人工作的基础上,根据我国病虫测报工作中卵巢分级的实践性及基层站点的可操作性,通过对不同羽化时长的褐飞虱长翅型雌虫进行卵巢解剖,详细描述了褐飞虱卵巢发育的形态变化过程,进一步完善了褐飞虱的分级标准,解决了之前的分级难点,且操作简便易行,分级特征明确,可广泛适用于我国各基层植保部门的常规监测和预报工作。
Ovarian dissection plays an important role in the study of migration and outbreak prediction in the brown planthopper(BPH) Nilaparvata lugens(Stl).However,the required dissecting techniques and grading criteria are difficult to master.In order to improve the techniques for ovarian dissection used for pest forecasting we here present a review of previous studies and identify aspects of morphological change and grading criteria with respect to ovarian development in the BPH that meet current best practice requirements for pest forecasting and are suitable for county-level research stations.Some key points regarding the grading criteria for BPH ovarian development that could be more widely used in regular monitoring and forecasting are proposed.
