外用吡美莫司治疗18岁以下特应性皮炎患者的Meta分析
摘要
吡美莫司为钙调神经磷酸酶抑制剂，具有免疫抑制作用，在皮肤科可以代替糖皮质激素（简称激素）治疗特应性皮炎（AD）。目前已有外用吡美莫司治疗成人AD的系统评价，但吡美莫司治疗〈18岁AD患者的疗效及安全性尚无明确循证医学证据。AD患病人群主要为〈18岁（包括婴儿、儿童等），且吡美莫司治疗〈18岁AD患者日渐普及，我们运用Cochrane系统评价方法，对外用吡美莫司治疗〈18岁AD患者的随机对照试验进行系统评价，评价其疗效及安全性。
