阴外动脉灌注葡萄糖对关中奶山羊血液生化指标及乳成分的影响 被引量:1

摘要 试验旨在研究阴外动脉灌注葡萄糖对乳腺血液生化指标及乳成分的影响。选用体重、产奶量相近、2~3周岁、安装有阴外动脉和乳静脉血插管的3只关中奶山羊,每只羊每天分别灌注葡萄糖0、20、40、60 g,连续灌注7d。结果表明:葡萄糖灌注能够显著增加乳腺对葡萄糖的摄取量(P<0.05);乳腺对甘油三酯和总蛋白的摄取量各组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。葡萄糖的灌注显著增加了乳蛋白含量(P<0.05);灌注葡萄糖20、40 g处理组乳脂含量显著高于其他处理组(P<0.05);非脂固形物的含量和产奶量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。由此可见,乳腺灌注葡萄糖使乳蛋白和乳脂肪的含量得到显著提高并有效改善乳成分。
