Research on the Establishment of Comprehensive Tourist Resources System based on System Theory——Taking Shanghai Changning District for Example

本文针对都市旅游开发过程中经常遇到的资源瓶颈问题,分析了都市旅游资源本质与内涵,从系统论角度,提出了旅游资源综合体的概念,并以上海长宁区为例,对旅游资源综合体的构成、如何构建做了详细论述,提出了构建旅游资源综合体的三种策略。

In the process of urban tourism development, the phenomenon of tourist resource bottlenecks often appears. In view of this problem, this paper analyzes the nature and content of urban tourist resources, and puts forward the concept of comprehensive tourist resources system from the perspective of system theory. It deeply discusses the composition of the comprehensive tourist resources system and the way to build it, by taking Shanghai Changning District as an example. Finally the author proposes three kinds of tactics in order to build the comprehensive tourist resources system.
