摘要
患者男．48岁。渐进性增大左胸背肿块两年余。查体见左胸背部隆起畸形，可扪及一直径10cm左右巨大圆形肿块，表面光滑，基底固定，质地偏韧，无压痛，隆起处色泽正常，无红肿、破溃。
