摘要
2008年,宝鸡市被水利部确定为全国第三批节水型社会建设试点,按照节水型社会建设要求,宝鸡市以"强力推进、全面建设、突出重点、彰显特色"为宗旨,强化措施,狠抓落实,提前实现了预期目标,取得了良好的经济效益、社会效益和环境效益。
The contradiction caused by water demand over supply can be alleviated significantly and sustainable water resources utilization should be realized by means of building water-efficient society, implementing water conservation measures, reform of water management system and mechanism innovation and enhancement of water use efficiency and benefit, which are inevitable demands and fundamental ways for sustainable cco-social development. The significance of building water-efficient society in Baoji City is discussed. And also the main practice for promoting water-efficient society establishment is introduced.
