团队社会资本与知识转移关系的实证研究:交互记忆系统的中介作用

An Empirical Study of the Relationship between Team Social Capital and Knowledge Transfer: Mediating Role of Transactive Memory System

团队社会资本被认为是促进团队知识转移的关键因素,但已有研究对社会资本如何影响团队知识转移的作用机理还缺乏系统的理论分析和实证研究。本文引入交互记忆系统作为中介变量,对社会资本是否通过交互记忆系统对团队知识转移产生影响进行实证研究。基于对23家软件外包承接企业的93个项目团队的问卷调查数据,通过结构方程模型方法发现,交互记忆系统在社会资本与团队知识转移的关系中发挥显著的完全中介作用,团队通过社会资本促进交互记忆系统的形成,是提高知识转移绩效的有效途径。

Team social capital is considered to be a key factor promoting team effectiveness of knowledge transfer,while it still lacks systematic theoretical analysis and empirical research on the internal mechanism of how social capital affecting team knowledge transfer in existing researches.This paper introduces transactive memory system as a mediator and study whether and how social capital affecting team knowledge transfer through transactive memory system.Research model is analyzed through Structural Equation Model（SEM） based on the investigation on project teams of 23 offshore software outsourcing undertaken enterprises and the questionnaire survey data of 93 project manager.Results show that transactive memory system plays a significant mediating role between the relationship of social capital and team knowledge transfer,and it is an effective way to facilitate team knowledge transfer and improve team performance through social capital.
