Thermal Property and Rheology Property of PHB and Its Modification

摘要 采用热差分析法分析了聚3-羟基丁酸酯(PHB)的热性能及邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)、滑石粉对其热性能的影响,研究PHB的流变性能以及DOP、滑石粉对PHB流变性能的影响。结果表明:PHB的黏度随剪切速率增大而迅速下降。DOP加入会显著降低其熔点,并对其剪切变稀现象改善较大。而滑石粉的加入使其流动性先减小后增大,对其剪切变稀稍有缓解作用。 The thermal property of PHB and its modification was analyzed by TG/DTA. The rheology property of PHB was researched. The effect of talcum powder, calcium carbonate, DOP on the theology property of PHB were investigated. The result showed that the viscosity of PHB declined rapidly with the increasing of shear rate. The addition of DOP could depress the melting point of PHB and slow the phenomena of shear thinning of PHB dramatically. Talcum powder could slow the phenomena of their shear thinning slightly.
