摘要 介绍了超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMW-PE)的优异性能和不足之处,论述了柱塞冲压注射成型机的结构、工作原理及其在加工过程中的优势,通过分析该设备加工UHMW-PE时熔融段的压强和温度变化,告诉我们要选择合理的机筒直径和物料流动速度。 The outstanding properties and deficiencies of ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) were introduced. The structures, working principle and advantages in the process of plunger stamping injection molding machine were diseussed. Rational diameter of tube and velocity of material flow would be selected through analyzing pressure and temperature change of melting section.
