摘要
采用盆栽人工控制水分的方法,研究了干旱胁迫下茶树根系形态的适应性变化。结果表明:在干旱胁迫条件下,茶树根系形态发生明显的变化,茶树根长随干旱的持续而不断增加,第20天时达到132.74cm,与对照相比显著增长,增幅为18.6%,根直径逐渐减小,较对照减少0.3mm,一级侧根和二级侧根数增加,根表面积逐渐增大,根体积增大,根与地上部的鲜质量比增大,根皮层细胞受到不同程度的损伤。
Effects of drought stress on root morphology of tea were investigated by controlling water using pot culture. The Results of study showed that the tea' s root morphology of the growing under drought stress had marked changes. On the 20th day of drought stress, tea's root length increased significantly(18. 6 %) and root diameter decreased by 0. 3 mm compared with the control. At the same time, the lateral root, secondary lateral roots, the rooCs surface, root vclune and the root/shoot fresh weight ratio were increasing. The root cortical cells had different degrees of damage.
