高能超声细化对Al/Si复合材料组织的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用高能超声处理Al/Si复合材料,研究了超声波处理对复合材料的细化作用。研究表明:利用超声波处理Al/Si复合材料,可以使初生硅相组织明显得到细化,铝硅界面处的缩孔及初生硅相中的缩松明显减少。 Al/Si composites have been treated by high-intensity ultrasound. The refining effect of ultrasound on composites has been studied and the microstructure of composites been observed. The research indicated that the primary silicon has been refined through ultrasound treatment, the shrinkage void of Al/Si interface and shrinkage porosity of Si phase significantly reduced.
