摘要
在研制过程中,对阀壳进行结构分析,设计初步的铸造工艺;利用MAGMA软件进行计算机模拟,通过对两种铸造工艺进行充型、凝固过程的模拟计算和缩孔、缩松的预测,确定最终工艺。依照最终工艺制作模具和工装,进行试制,对试制的结果进行分析、调整,并进行热处理试验和压力试验,研制的阀壳得到了客户的高度认可。
During developing process with structure analysis of valve case primary foundry technology has been designed; Computer simulation by MAGMA software has been done and the final technology has been determined with simulating calculating of mold filling and solidification process as well as forecast of shrinkage of two foundry technologies. Mold and technology equipment have been manufactured according to the final technology, trial production results have been analysed, adjusted and heat treatment and pressure tests have also been done.The valve cases produced have highly acknowledged by the user.
