动态轨道衡基础实验平台的设计与实现

摘要 动态电子轨道衡是快速自动称量铁路车辆的一种衡器设备。文章首先对动态轨道衡的称重原理进行分析,并在此基础上建立数学模型,最后介绍设计的动态轨道衡基础实验平台。该平台由拉压传感器、数据采集卡等构成,用虚拟仪器开发环境Lab-VIEW构建软件平台,通过算法分析与设计实现称重和台面受压情况的3D显示,最后对平台的性能进行测试,并给出测试结果。 Dynamic electronic track scale is a kind of weighting equipments which can weight railway vehicles fast and automaticly.Firstly the weighting principle of dynamic track scale is analysed,and on this basis the mathematical model is established.Finally the dynamic track scale experimental platform designed by the author is introduced.This platform uses the pull pressure sensors,the data acquisition card etc.to build hardware platform,and uses the Virtual Instrument Development Environment LabVIEW to build software platform,through algorithm analysis and design the function of weighing and 3D display the pressure situation of the mesa is realized,and finally the performance of the platform is tested,and the test results are provided.
