论新形势下地方师范院校实验技术队伍建设——以喀什师范学院为例

On the Construction of Experimental Technique Staff under the New Situation ——a Case Study of Kashgar Teachers College

为适应国家高等教育和基础教育新课程改革需要,提高实验技术队伍建设水平,文章以喀什师范学院为例分析了当前实验技术队伍建设现状,论述了实验技术队伍建设在高校实验室建设中的重要性,指出了亟待解决的问题,提出了加强实验技术队伍建设措施。

To adapt to the modern high education reform and the requirement of elementary educational new curriculum reform and to improve construction level of experimental technique staff,this paper analyzes on the present situation of experimental technique staff construction in our college,the importance of its is discussed,points out the existing problems,and advances some measures that should be adopt to improve the standard of experimental technique staff.
