血清同型半胱氨酸临床应用价值 被引量:2

摘要 血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcv)即2-氨基-4巯基丁酸,是一种含硫氨基酸,本身不参与蛋白质合成,它是蛋氨酸和半胱氨酸代谢过程中重要的中间产物。Hcv通过产生超氧化物及过氧化物,损伤血管内皮细胞,改变凝血因子功能,增加血栓形成,Hcy的活化形式可促使血小板聚集,并可与载脂蛋白B形成致密的复合物,易于被血管壁巨噬细胞吞噬,引起血管壁脂肪堆积,Hcv能增强其他心血管疾病危险因素,从而对心血管产生损害。
