Probe into the Psychological Training of Young Shooting Athletes

通过对技术训练和心里训练的相结合,对青少年的心理问题较为系统的分析和探讨,总结出一些心理训练的方法,以提高基层射击教练对青少年运动员心理训练重要性的认识,促进基层射击训练水平的提高。

Based on the combination of technical training and the mind training,this paper studied and analyzed the psychological problems of young people in a more systematically way,summed up some of the psychological training methods to improve shooting coaches＇ understanding of the importance of young athletes＇ mental training,and promote grass-roots fire training levels.
