摘要
为满足顾客对弹药装配高效率、高精度的要求,通过计量板加药机受力分析,完成了双凸轮双计量板单动力电机功率选型;通过改变计量板内腔形状提高了加药精度;通过程序控制气动离合器来控制凸轮转动和加药嘴震动,从而避免了误加药或撒药。
In order to satisfy the demand of high efficiency and high precision in ammunition assemblage,by means of force analysis for dosing machine of measure board,it completed the lectotype of single dynamic motor power with double cam and double measure board.Through changing the shape of inside chamber in measure board,it enhanced the precision of adding ammunition.By the way of pneumatic clutch of programmed control,it controlled the cam rotation and the oscillation of adding ammunition mouth,thereby it avoided the mistake of adding ammunition or cast ammunition.
