文中主要阐述了军地一体化应急物资采购保障模式的概念和意义,构建了军地一体化应急物资采购保障模式的基本要求、基本设想和应注意的问题。
In this paper,the definition and significance of the martial and local integration procurement of emergency materials support mode were expounded,the basic requestion,design and questions need to be noticed of the mode were constructed.
