动态能力视角下高职学校发展问题与对策研究

Research on Problems and Countermeasures in the Development of Advanced vocational schools in Perspective of Dynamic Capability

我国高职学校历经20多年的发展,规模急剧扩大,教育质量得到积极关注。文中在动态能力理论视角下,提出高职学校动态能力是高职学校整合、构建和再配置内外部资源以适应环境快速变化的能力,并且探讨了高职学校发展中面临的问题,进一步提出高职学校提升动态能力的对策。

After 20 years of development,The scale of our country＇s advanced vocational schools has been increased dramatically.Furthermore,more and more attention has been paid to education qualities.Based on the views of the Dynamic Capability theory,this paper come up with the view which dynamic capabilities of advanced vocational schools is that advanced vocational schools integrates,constructs and relocates the internal and external resource to adapt to the environment with rapid changes.Meanwhile,this paper discusses the problems appearing in the development of advanced vocational schools.Finally,this paper puts forward suggestions on improving dynamic ability of advanced vocational schools.
