摘要
以某综合传动装置液压操纵系统为研究对象,分析了各挡位原理、结构组成,并在此基础上,基于单故障假设条件,运用Teams软件建立了4挡工作状态下的液压操纵系统测试性分析模型,对模型的静态测试性分析结果表明,现有传感器配置不能满足诊断到零件级的测试性要求,需要增加测试点.测试性分析结果和优化后的故障诊断树,为测试点优化配置和故障诊断软件的设计提供了依据.
This paper researched hydraulic manipulator of integrated transmission.The principle and structure of each gears were analyzed.According to the one fault hypothesis,the fourth gear testability model was build up with the TEAMS software.The results of testability and troubleshooting tree helped the design of the software for fault-diagnoses.And the results of static analyse indicated we should use more sensor to meet the need of testability.
