摘要
目的探讨先天性心脏病手术前后心电图的变化特点及其产生的机制。方法 125例先天性心脏病患者于手术前3天和手术后24h内分别进行心电图检测,并对比分析患者手术前后心电图变化特点。手术3个月后复查心电图。结果 125例先心病术前心律失常检出64例(51.2%),手术后心电图新发心律失常31例(24.8%),右束支阻滞及ST-T改变明显多于术前(p<0.01)。结论手术对心脏有一定损伤,先心病术后心律失常发生率较术前增高;各类型先心病手术前后心律失常有各自特点;应充分认识先心病术后心律失常的变化特点及其产生机制,以便能及时诊断和处置。
Objective To explore the changes before and after operation of congenital heart disease（CHD） patients. Methods ECG of 125 cases before and after operation were analyzed. Results The number of arrhythmia was 64 cases before operation among 125 cases（51.2%）. The number of new arrhythmia was 31 cases after operation（24.8%）. ST-T changes and Right Bundle Branch Block（RBBB） significantly increased comparing with before operation（p0.01）. Conclusions The repairing operation has the certain harm for heart. The rate of arrhythmia increased comparing with before operation. Respective arrhythmia happened among various types of CHD. The changes of ECG before and after operation of CHD were important for the diagnose and disposed.
