摘要
文章主要介绍了背光源自动贴片机送料机构的整体设计理论和设计过程,从总体方案设计、传送路线的分析以及尺寸的确定等方面进行阐述。背光源是由塑胶架、导光板、FPC、扩散膜、增光膜、遮光胶等组成,传统的手工叠放容易污染,定位不准确,废品率高。改进后的送料机构有效解决了现有人力生产质量不稳定、成本高的问题,提高了生产效率,是值得大力推广使用的送料机构。
This article mainly introduces the entire design theory and design process of the Automatic Placement Machine for Backlight unite,and expatiate on overall concept design,analysis of the transmission line and definition of detailed dimensions.Backlights unite consists of PL-case,light guide pipe,FPC,diffuser sheet,BEF.Traditional manual stack is subjected to easy pollution,inaccurate discharging position and high scrap rate.This structure could solve technical question such as quality-instability and high cost effectively,improve production efficiency and become deserved vigorously promoted.
