浙江省艺术体操后备人才梯队发展模式探索

On the Models of Structure Development for Reserve Athletes of Rhythmic Gymnastics in Zhejiang

运用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈等研究方法,基于浙江省竞技体育发展战略和地理环境资源优势,对艺术体操后备人才梯队现状进行调查与分析。结果显示:浙江省艺术体操二线队伍衔接不畅,后备人才匮乏,梯队建设滞后,体校训练网点萎缩。分析制约浙江省艺术体操后备人才梯队建设的因素,从人才培养、竞赛制度改革、教练员队伍建设等方面提出后备人才梯队发展模式。

Based on the development plans for competitive sports in Zhejiang and its advantages in geography and environment, literature review, questionnaire and expert interviews are employed in this paper to investigate and analyze the models of structure development for reserve athletes of rhythmic gymnastics. The study shows that there is a shortage of second level athletes as well as reserve athletes with a standstill in building the structure and shrink in the training venues of sports schools. Suggestions are provided to build the model from the perspective of athlete training, reform in competition regulations, and coach cultivation, etc.
