摘要
采用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈法等,就体育院系体操教学大纲的适应性,对上海市部分中学体育教师进行调查。结果显示:体操运动能有效促进学生身心健康,体操教学内容朝多元化方向发展,基本体操、健身类等内容受学生欢迎;中学及社会急需具备较强教学组织能力的体操人才;中学体操教学的发展方向是融娱乐性、健身性、实用性为一体,技术难度较大、场地器材要求较高的器械体操内容应缩减;体育院系体操教学中"学非所用"现象突出,教学大纲改革势在必行。
By means of literature review, questionnaires and expert interviews, an investigation on sports teachers has been done in secondary schools in Shanghai. The study shows that gymnastic education contributes to the students' physical and mental health; the teaching is developing multi-dimensioned; basic gymnastics, aerobics and fitness classes, etc are becoming popular; the gymnastics talents are in great need in the society and schools, especially those with the ability in organizing teaching. Since gymnastic education aims to involve entertainment, fitness and practicality in secondary schools, those gymnastics with high techniques and apparatus should be decreased. In the meanwhile, it is high time to reform the syllabus of gymnastics curriculum in physical education department due to the disconnection between the knowledge what is learned and practice.
