摘要
采用紫外可见分光光度法研究了π电子受体茜素红与电子给予体头孢呋辛钠的荷移反应.实验表明,在水溶液中,中性条件下头孢呋辛钠与茜素红在室温下即可形成稳定的络合物,最大吸收波长λmax=520 nm,表观摩尔吸收系数为1.13×104 L·mol-1·cm-1.头孢呋辛钠药物浓度在7.52×10-6~6.66×10-4 mol·L-1范围内服从比尔定律,线性回归方程为A=0.204c(×10-4 mol·L-1)+0.222,r=0.9992,相对标准偏差为1.2﹪.方法快速、简便、灵敏、准确.
The charge-transfer reaction between alizarin red as an π-electron acceptors and cefuroxime sodium as an electron donors has been studied by UV-Vis spectrophotometry.The results indicated that the stable complex can be quickly formed based on the charge-transfer reaction between cefuroxime sodium with alizarin red in neutral aqueous solution at room temperature.The complex has strong absorbance at 520 nm.The molar absorptivity of the complex is 1.13×104L·mol-1·cm-1 and the linear range is 7.52×10-6~6.66×10-4 mol·L-1.The linear equation is A=0.204c(×10-4mol·L-1)+0.222.r=0.9992.RSD is1.2%(n=8).This method is simple,rapid,accurate and sensitive.
