湖南省小球优劣势项目发展对比分析

Comparative Analyses of Small Ball Games' Weak and Strong Programs in Hunan Province

乒乓球、羽毛球同属于一个项群的小球项目,深受广大群众的欢迎。乒乓球、羽毛球的竞技成绩也同样受到了人民的广泛关注。乒乓球、羽毛球这两个项目特点非常相似,在很多省市都是乒乓球、羽毛球同为该省的竞技强项,如湖北、辽宁、江苏、福建、广东等省市。然而湖南省在这两个"兄弟"项目中发展却极不均衡,羽毛球培养出了一批又一批奥运会冠军,而乒乓球则没有打入国内甲级赛事,这其中的差别值得我们深思的。本文通过查阅体育局的相关文件,访问湖南省乒乓球队的相关教练,就运动项目管理体制、领导重视程度、运动项目的竞赛设置、训练经费、教练员力量等方面做出了对比,分析劣势项目发展落后的原因,并提出相关的策略。

Table tennis and badminton belong to the same event group of small ball, which are the beloved sports among Chinese. People also pay very attention to the achievements on table tennis and badminton sports. With similar characteristics, table tennis and badminton become the strong point at the same time in many provinces, such as Hubei, Liaoning, Jiangsu, Fujian, Guangdong and other provinces. However, the two ＂brothers＂ events are highly uneven developed in Hunan Province. In Hunan, badminton has brought up batches of Olympic cham- pions while the Table tennis can not enter the domestic Series A . The unbalanced development between the two is worth deeply considering. By access to Hunan sports bureau, visiting the team coach, a real conclusion of comparison with badminton can be made on sports management systems, the leadership realization degree, sports competitions＇ setting up, funds of training and the quality of coaches so that people could find out the causes to weak programs and make out relevant policies.
