体育教师专业发展的内在动力机制是教师教学效能感。教学效能感影响着体育教师的专业承诺、自主工作的内驱力和教师的身心健康和幸福感。
Impetus mechanism of physical education teacher' professional development is the sense of teaching efficacy. It affects physical education teacher' professional commitment, teaching driving power, body and mind 'health and happiness.
