摘要
本文采用文献资料、问卷调查等方法,对黄石市居民参加户外运动的现状及其影响因素进行了较为全面、客观的调查分析。得出结论:黄石市居民对户外运动的参与意向较高,但由于众多客观因素限制,导致参与情况不乐观。文章对如何培养黄石市居民的终身体育思想与体育行为提出相关建议。
Through using the method of literature review and questionnaire, this paper makes comprehensive ana - lysis on present situation and influencing factors of resident outdoor activity in Huangshi city. The result shows that resident in Huangshi city participating in outdoor activity is high, but with many objective factors restricting, it leads to participation unoptimistic. This paper puts forward suggestions on how to cultivate resident＇ s life - long sports behavior and concept
