摘要
介绍了南钢采用电炉-LF精炼炉-VD真空炉-320mm×480mm连铸生产线开发8622H钢的关键生产工艺技术。分析表明开发生产的8622H,成分均匀、纯净度高、淬透性带宽可稳定控制在4HRC以内。
8622H gear steel is produced by the following process： 100t EAF-LF （VD） refining-320×480mm casting. The result shows that 8622H gear steel has uniform composition and high purity .Its hardenability can be controlled within 4HRC.
