南钢360m^2烧结烟气脱硫运行实践

Application of 360m^2 Sintering Flue Gas Desulfurization

随着国家环保政策的逐步落实,＂十二五期间＂将有更多钢铁企业开始实施烧结烟气脱硫项目,市场上较成熟的脱硫技术主要是应用于燃煤电厂的,目前在烧结烟气脱硫领域尽管有不少脱硫技术应用,但是还存在不少局限性。本文以氨法脱硫技术在南钢炼铁新厂360m2烧结烟气脱硫中的实际应用为例阐述了氨法脱硫技术的应用情况,进一步探讨氨法脱硫技术在烧结烟气脱硫领域的应用前景。

With the implementation of national environmental protection policy, sintering flue gas desulfurization technology will be applied in more steel industries during ＂The 12th Five-year Plan＂. More mature desulfurization technology is mainly applied in coal-fired power plant. Although recently the technology is applied in sintering flue gas desulfurization, it still has a lot of limitations. The paper introduces application of desulfurization with ammonia in 360 m2 sintering flue gas desulfurization at New Iron-making Plant and further discusses the prospect of desulfurization with ammonia.
