综述了基因工程在转基因育种中的研究进展,介绍了转基因育种的应用领域及常用的转基因技术,在分析了基因工程在遗传育种中应用限制因素的基础上,对其未来发展趋势进行了展望。

This paper is to summarize the research progress of gene engineering in transgenic breeding,introduce the application fields of this breeding technique and some frequently-used transgenic techniques,and prospect its future growing trend on the basis of analyzing the limiting factors of gene engineering in heredity breeding.
