摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)同时测定茶叶中磷和硫含量,并对仪器不同工作条件测定效果进行比较。采取延长氩气吹扫光路时间、等离子体稳定时间等措施提高仪器灵敏度和稳定性,并对特定工作条件下的测试方法进行方法学考察。磷和硫测定结果(RSD)分别为1.0%、2.6%,回收率94.2%~101.0%、91.9%~95.6%,检出限0.02μg.g-1、0.03μg.g-1,表明该方法准确可靠,能够满足茶叶中磷和硫分析要求。
Phosphorus and sulfur contents in tea samples were simultaneously determined by ICP-AES,and the results obtained from different instrument operating parameters were compared.The authors tried to improve the instrument sensitivity and stability by extending the time of argon gassing and plasma stabilization.Furthermore,they also carried out an methodological study on the testing method with specific operating parameters.RSD of phosphorus and sulfur contents were 1.0% and 2.6%,recovery rates were 94.2%-101.0% and 91.9%-95.6%,and the detection limits were 0.02 μg·g-1 and 0.03 μg·g-1 respectively,which indicated that this method was accurate to meet the requirements for determining phosphorus and sulfur in tea.
