摘要
我国垄断企业与民营企业的员工收入差距问题一直受到各方关注,特别是国有垄断企业员工收入过高引起了社会各界的广泛讨论。本文主要从垄断企业和民营企业内部入手,通过建立经理人与员工的博弈模型,结合两种企业的特点进行分析,找出员工收入差距大的主要原因。在此基础之上,给出企业内部制度设计的一些相关建议。
The problem of employees' income gap between state-owned monopolies and private enterprises has long been a matter of the public concern.High income of employees in state-owned monopolies has aroused extensive discussion in all walks of life.In this paper,the interior system features of state-owned monopolies and private enterprises are analyzed.Then,a game model based on strategies of managers and employees is built.Main factors causing the wide gap are found out,On this basis,some suggestions related to the designing of the interior system of enterprises are given.
