生物絮凝剂在天然碱碱泥分离中的应用

摘要 研究了生物絮凝剂在内蒙强碱性天然碱泥悬浮液中絮凝澄清的影响因素,探讨温度、絮凝剂加量、外加金属离子对天然碱碱泥絮凝澄清的影响,并与有机高分子絮凝剂进行了絮凝澄清对照实验。经过实验得到最佳絮凝澄清条件:温度为45℃,每25 ml生产小苏打的原料液中絮凝剂最佳加量为5 ml,当加入Zn2+后,絮凝率为0.816,提高了15%。将此微生物絮凝剂与60℃加入量为5 ml的高分子絮凝剂PAM的絮凝效果进行比较,絮凝效果略差于高分子絮凝剂。 The factors of microbial flocculant for defecating the suspending solution of natural soda of Inner Mongolia was reported.Some factors including temperature,quantity of flocculant and positive ion which affected the flocculation were observed,and compared with PAM.According to the experiment,the optimum conditions were obtained: 45℃,5mL per 25mL suspending solution of natural soda,the Flocculation rate increased by 15% when adding Zn2+.However,the efficiency of microbial flocculant was slightly lower than that of PAM.
